About the Job

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.

The ideal candidate will have a current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a home setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making visits to clients in their homes to assess and develop individualized care plans
  • Performing diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate client mobility and strength
  • Developing and implementing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote client independence
  • Educating and instructing clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities
  • Accurately documenting client care management and services provided
