Ultrasound Technologist Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment at a partnering hospital in Albany, Oregon.

Ultrasound Technologist Responsibilities

As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing exam rooms and ultrasound equipment for examinations
  • Recognizing and recording appropriate anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment
  • Writing reports based on scan results
  • Alerting medical staff of any abnormalities
Ultrasound Technologist Requirements

To be considered for this Ultrasound Technologist position, you must have:

  • Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience
