Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care as a Nurse Practitioner in an inpatient, adult psychiatric setting
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health conditions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
* Master's Degree from a Nurse Practitioner education program (with specialization in mental health) accredited by a Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing-recognized national accreditation body
* At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an inpatient, adult psychiatric setting
* Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
* Current valid DEA certificate and MA Controlled Substances certificate or eligibility to obtain it prior to start
* Buprenorphine waiver required or willingness to acquire waiver
