About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Greene Point Health & Rehab, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct occupational therapy patient care and support duties as indicated.
  • Contribute to a positive work team by sharing information, using problem-solving methods, and accepting new ideas, criticism, or advice from others.
  • Support activities introduced by skilled nursing facility and Rehabilitation Services.
  • Provide adequate supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants as defined in the Georgia Occupational Therapy board rules.
  • Collaborate with the Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines to facilitate effective and efficient clinical case management.
Requirements
  • At minimum, possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Possess a current, unencumbered, license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Georgia.
  • Prefer two (2) years experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment, or equivalent.
