Groundworker Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Groundworker Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to tree care and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent physical stamina, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to safety protocols. You will be working outdoors in various weather conditions, operating heavy machinery, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.

• Operate chainsaws to cut brush, logs, and stumps of larger trees
• Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris
• Feed brush into a wood chipper and gather materials for disposal
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing on-the-job safety practices and safeguarding employees and the public
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Maintain a herbicide applicator or operator's certification and license
• Hold valid First-Aid and CPR cards
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an infrequent basis and up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis

• Competitive salary range: $18.82-$35.50 per hour
