FusionWorks is seeking a skilled Purchaser to join our team in a strategic and operational purchasing role. As a key member of our purchasing management team, you will be responsible for selecting companies, sending out tender documents, and obtaining qualified offers for engineering, architecture, and subcontractor services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a database of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a successful procurement process.
- Prepare and conduct contract negotiations, create negotiation protocols, and derive supplier evaluations as recommendations for action.
- Collaborate with purchasing management to conclude regional framework agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competition to ensure a competitive procurement process.
Your Profile:
- You hold a commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration, civil engineering, or construction technology.
- You bring several years of professional experience as a purchaser or project manager in construction services or a comparable position.
- You possess up-to-date knowledge of construction contract law, including VOB, HOAI, and BGB.
- You are proficient in using office applications and have excellent communication skills.
