Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech therapy services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapy to address speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Therapy Services: Provide high-quality therapy services to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certification: ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or equivalent.
  • Licensure: State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
