Fitness Coach

At Anytime Fitness, we're seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Fitness Coach. As a key member of our Personal Training department, you'll play a vital role in helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals.

As a Fitness Coach, you'll be responsible for motivating and training our members in a 1:1 and group setting, creating a fun and engaging environment that encourages them to reach their full potential. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized training programs that cater to each member's unique needs and goals.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about health and fitness, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate and train members in a 1:1 and group setting
• Develop and implement personalized training programs
• Work closely with our team to create a fun and engaging environment
• Track and monitor member progress
• Continuously educate and develop your skills and knowledge in the areas of training, fitness, and nutrition

Qualifications:

• Current CPR, AED, and personal training certification(s)
• Previous PT experience in a fitness facility or private training environment
• Superior communication skills and ability to connect with people
• Desire to continually learn and grow with our company
