Job Summary

Peregrine Team is seeking a skilled Cleaning Tech to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain physical surfaces in a construction, technical, or GMP environment.
  • Polish, finish, strip, and seal floors to a high standard.
  • Clean windows, glass allotments, and mirrors using foamy water or specialized cleaners.
  • Steam and clean rugs to remove dirt and stains.
  • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and hardware to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Move heavy supplies, equipment, or furniture by hand or with hand trucks.
  • Meet client and customer expectations by completing assignments quickly and professionally.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and job requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience as a cleaner or janitor preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently required.
