The Product Engineer will be accountable for the outcomes of their work, demonstrating sound technical judgment in the application of advanced technologies. The position may involve diverse challenges requiring analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

The candidate will be recognized as a professional specialist in their field, capable of addressing complex issues through careful analysis and diagnostics. The role may require original approaches to overcome unstructured situations.

While there are no direct reports, the candidate may provide technical leadership to project teams, review work, and contribute to team member development.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
This is a professional-level position requiring a Master's Degree or equivalent Professional Engineering certification for optimal performance. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is the minimum requirement, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Continuous education and training in areas such as Leadership, Project Management, and Advanced Analysis techniques are essential for ongoing success in this role.

The candidate must possess the ability to lead others while also contributing as an individual expert in their technical domain.


INFLUENCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
The Product Engineer will interact with various stakeholders, including supervisors, engineers, and customers, both domestically and internationally. They will be responsible for completing complex tasks and providing guidance to others in their area of expertise.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Standard work schedule of 8 hours per day, with occasional after-hours commitments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
