Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant Opportunity

Are you a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a rewarding career in home health care? Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and caring CNA to join our team and provide personalized care to seniors and individuals with illnesses or chronic diseases in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to patients, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and blood glucose levels
  • Document patient information and communicate with healthcare team
  • Work collaboratively with home health nurses and aides to ensure patient care plans are followed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience
