Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Movement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our mobility logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and care of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shuttling guests or customers as necessary, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely arrivals.

• Assisting customers with questions and directing them to the appropriate personnel, providing clear and concise information.

• Washing and detailing all customer and service vehicles to showroom quality, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Picking up or delivering parts & vehicles as needed, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.

• Maintaining vehicle inventory, tracking and organizing vehicles to ensure seamless movement and storage.

• Keeping the vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards.

• Performing light janitorial duties, including cleaning driveways and sidewalks, and removing snow and debris as necessary.

• Assisting the service department with tagging customer keys and vehicles, ensuring accurate and secure handling.

• Starting vehicles and checking gas levels twice a week, maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues.

• Maintaining the organization of customer vehicles in the service lot, ensuring easy access and efficient use of space.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Excellent customer service skills and experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with colleagues and customers.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
