Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery to join their team at Lake Granbury Medical Center in Granbury, Texas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the Labor and Delivery department. As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
  • Monitor and record patient condition, communicating with the care team, physician, patient, and family as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
  • Evaluate learning needs of patients and families, providing education and support to promote health and well-being.
  • Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one (1) year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
  • Current state nursing license.
  • Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
  • Degree from an accredited school.
  • Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
