We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Nurse to join our team at Mission Hospital Mission Viejo. As a Full-time Evening Shift nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
About the Role
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shift: Evening
- Department: Emergency Department
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to emergency patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Certifications: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire, National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire, National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Experience: 1 year of Nursing experience.
