- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based guidelines in nursing care, applying this knowledge to improve patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma program.
- Valid RN license in the state where employed.
- BCLS certification.
- ACLS certifications.
- At least six months of experience in a medical/surgical setting.
