Sign-On Bonus: New hires are eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position (1.00 FTE) requiring 80 hours per pay period, Monday through Friday, with flexible days off. There is no call, no weekends, or holidays, although late calls may be necessary based on the surgical schedule.
What to Expect:
The Meridian Surgery Center, situated in the scenic Treasure Valley of Idaho, features two operating rooms, ten Preop Bays, and six Recovery Bays, specializing in general surgery and urology for ASA 1, ASA 2, and select ASA 3 patients. Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday from 0600 to 1800, allowing our staff to enjoy three-day weekends without on-call duties. The center consistently receives high ratings from patients for compassionate care and exceptional service.
The Registered Nurse will assess patients and assist physicians in delivering care. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care tailored to the needs of patients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience as an OR circulator is required.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in the state of practice, BLS certification required, CNOR certification preferred.
