Production Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at our frozen pie manufacturing facility in Stilwell, OK. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production, packaging, and bakery operations to ensure high-quality products meet company and USDA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise production, packaging, and bakery operations to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
  • Train and develop subordinates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company and USDA regulations.
  • Manage employee performance, including conducting performance appraisals and administering disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the USDA representative on site to ensure all food safety requirements are met.
  • Review and sign off on Quality Assurance and HACCP documentation.
  • Monitor and improve product quality, reduce costs, and maintain good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years related work experience in food industry manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience, with minimum of 2 years in supervision.
  • Intermediate personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and SAP experience beneficial.
  • Ability to effectively supervise line employees and communicate with team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues.
