Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Five Below in West Athens, GA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store displays.
  • Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
