Job SummaryWe are seeking passionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for full and part-time roles. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers.
Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric care, including evaluations, follow-ups, and urgent and emergent consultations to individuals with mental health needs.
- Deliver high-quality, client-centered care and maintain strict client confidentiality.
- Participate in the creation of an individualized treatment plan after discussing the case with the mental health care team, collecting and reviewing psychosocial data, medical history, nursing assessment, and other pertinent information.
- Evaluate patients for the need for a higher level of care, including hospitalization.
- Provide patient education, specifically around issues related to medications and treatment adherence, and aftercare services.
- Work closely with supervising physicians to ensure improved patient outcomes and high-quality care.
