Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team on a contract basis. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing procedures
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery RN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
