Speech Language Pathologist - Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language development, with experience in rehabilitation settings. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech and language disorders, as well as developing and implementing treatment plans to improve communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients with speech and language disorders to identify areas of need and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients to improve communication skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current licensure to practice in the state of California
- Experience working in rehabilitation settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
