Job SummaryThis LPN Float Pool position is an exciting opportunity for a licensed practical nurse to join our team. As a member of our care team, you will deliver high-quality patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services.
- Provide direct evidence-based care to patients under the direction of physicians or RNs.
- Assist with procedures, monitoring, or other functions as required.
- Perform lab and procedural tests within the LVN/LPN scope of practice after demonstrating competency.
The estimated salary for this LPN Float Pool position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career, and retirement of our colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Licensed Practical Nurse with IV Certification (LPN IV) must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
- Vocational School Graduate.
