Database Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team at AnaVation LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, security, and availability of multiple databases. Your duties will include disaster recovery, performance analysis and tuning, index maintenance, and monitoring of data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the security and integrity of databases
  • Perform disaster recovery and performance analysis
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for database security and integrity
  • Evaluate and recommend database management system (DBMS) products
  • Perform database and software life-cycle activities to ensure high system performance and availability

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience related to specific functional area
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
  • CompTIA Cloud+ or equivalent certification

Desired Qualifications:

  • CCNA Security, CySA+, SSCP, or equivalent certification
