About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Painter to join our team at Siemens Industry, Inc. in Broken Arrow, OK. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and painting completed gearboxes and their sub-assemblies, ensuring high-quality finishes and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and paint gearboxes and sub-assemblies according to customer specifications
  • Operate wash booths, wash equipment, and paint spray equipment to achieve optimal results
  • Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and maintained to prevent downtime
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to wear a respirator and pass a breathing test
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with manufacturing software
  • Previous experience working in a factory setting or with heavy equipment
  • Experience with cranes and material handling equipment
