Job Summary

This Account Management Specialist role is designed to foster strong relationships with existing customers, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Main Objectives

  • To develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and customer success.
  • To identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • To monitor account health, track key performance indicators, and address customer concerns efficiently.

  • Experience managing contracts and pricing structures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
