- Associate's Degree (AA) or higher in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's Degree (BSN) preferred.
- Experience
- 5 years of clinical nursing experience required.
- 3-5 years of supervisory and management experience preferred.
- Certifications and Licenses
- RN licensure required.
- CPR certification required.
- Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will work in a fast-paced clinical environment, with frequent exposure to patients and families. The role requires strong physical and mental stamina, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
