About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bathroom Remodeling Specialist to join our team at T. Webber Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional bathroom remodeling services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough bathroom demolitions to prepare for remodeling
  • Install walk-in tubs, acrylic, and solid surface showers, including wall systems, floors, and accessories
  • Complete tile installation, framing, and drywall repair and installation
  • Assist mechanics in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks
  • Ensure all job kits, materials, tools, and paperwork are complete prior to arriving on site
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners
  • Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
  • Follow all safety regulations and adhere to installation standards and procedures
  • Build and establish customer rapport to ensure great service and a remarkable experience
  • Stay up-to-date on manufacturers' products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of interior remodeling experience
  • Thorough understanding of rough and finish carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
  • Hand tools of the trade and ability to multitask and work independently
  • Willingness to invest time in training to advance position
  • Ability to follow Safety Guidelines and safely work with heights and in tight working conditions
