Job Summary:

As a Bell Attendant at Wyndham Westward Look Grand R&Spa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions, assisting with luggage, and recommending restaurants and tourist activities. You will also support front desk operations and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Transport guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities
  • Support front desk operations and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and ensure that all necessary equipment is in good working order
  • Conduct house count by computer and provide accurate information to guests
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
  • Minimum of one year driving experience
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
  • Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
  • Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
