Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Billing Specialist plays a crucial role in managing customer and accountant relationships, which includes account reconciliation, payment inquiries, and resolving payment disputes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients (B2B) to ensure that billing, statements, disputes, and returns meet customer expectations.
  • Utilize the company’s automated portal to monitor cash applications, aging accounts, and payment processing.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via email and phone.
  • Partner with the team to guarantee the precise and timely handling of receivables.

Qualifications:

  • A 2 or 4-year degree is preferred but not mandatory
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Billing
