Job Details:
We are looking for a Travel RN - ICU Resource Team/Float Pool to join our dedicated team.
Shift Details: Rotating day/night shifts, 12x3 schedule, with weekend and holiday commitments.
Potential for: 48-hour weeks with overtime after 48 hours. Flexibility for straight nights or days may be available, but weekend work is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Current ND/Compact License
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience in a large, level 1 trauma facility
- Proficient in titrating vasopressor drips
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Additional Information:
- Floating to various units within the critical care cluster is required, including intermediate care.
- Occasional floating to medical-surgical units may occur, but this is rare.
- Patient ratio: 1 nurse to 2 patients.
