Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin or compact RN license where applicable
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- 1-2 years of recent relevant nursing experience in the ICU setting
