Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
- Delegate and supervise nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six (6) months of hire.
- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
