Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain aseptic environments for surgical operations.
  • Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
  • 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
  • Surgical Technologist registration required.
  • Must be eligible for Surgical Technologist registration via Commonwealth of Virginia at time of hire.
  • BLS via AHA required.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA or Tech in Surgery – Certified (TS-C) via NCCT preferred.
