About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cardiology Specialist to join our team at Riverside Healthcare. As a key member of our medical group, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong network of primary care and specialty providers dedicated to delivering remarkable healthcare experiences.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert medical care to patients with cardiovascular conditions. This will involve diagnosing and treating patients, as well as participating in on-call duties during the week and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, record and maintain patient information, including medical histories, reports and examination results.
  • Manage and treat patients within the scope of practice.
  • Analyze records, reports, test results or examination information to diagnose patients' medical conditions.
  • Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Valid Illinois Medical License (or ability to obtain IL Medical License).
  • Valid Illinois Controlled Substances License (or ability to obtain IL License).
  • Board eligible or Board Certified.
