We are looking for a talented individual with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee the entire solution ecosystem, perform essential enhancements, updates, and maintenance on our technology stack, and create and manage an effective development and support pipeline.

This role requires a deep understanding of the application development lifecycle, incident management, and data migration/analytics platforms such as Power BI, Scribe, SSIS, and SSRS. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an ITIL environment, leading diverse teams towards common objectives, and driving data-driven decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and maintaining key documentation, providing user training, and developing Agile methodologies. Additionally, they will pursue ITIL certification to enhance their expertise within our forward-thinking IT department.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in application development and support. Essential skills include proficiency in MSSQL management and T-SQL scripting, expert-level Excel capabilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
