Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling patients on medication use and health-related topics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners to promote health education and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient pharmacy operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to patients and colleagues.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
