About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Pediatric Speech and Language Specialist in a dynamic environment at AnthroMed Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language support to students in the Newark, Delaware area. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping students overcome speech and language barriers, ensuring they reach their full potential.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers, offering updates and strategies to enhance growth at home.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need:
  • A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • A valid DE SLP license from the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation.
  • Proven experience working with K-12th grade children in a school-based or pediatric setting.
