Registered Nurse Leadership Position

The Registered Nurse Supervisor is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for coordinating patient care and services. This role requires a collaborative approach to ensure quality care is delivered to our patients.
Responsibilities- Coordinate Patient Care: Work with patients and families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Lead Interdisciplinary Team: Direct and supervise licensed staff and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to prioritize patient care needs and report requirements.
- Assess Patient Needs: Evaluate patients' needs and develop plans of care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Exhibit Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional care and support to patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure Quality Care: Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care rendered, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Two (2) years' nursing experience, with geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- Licensure: Currently licensed/registered in applicable State, with an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Certifications: CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation, with ongoing maintenance required.
- Provide Quality Care: Deliver high-quality patient care and services, promoting optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Assist Patients: Support patients daily to evaluate quality of patient care rendered.
- Direct Staff: Supervise and direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs and reporting requirements.
- Assess Patient Needs: Evaluate patients' needs and develop plans of care.
