Compensation

Salary: $26.00 - $38.00

Qualifications
  • Must possess a Certificate of Fitness S12 and S13.
  • Valid and clean driver's license is required.
  • Familiarity with the Fire Code and NFPA25 regulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities

The Sprinkler Mechanic will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of various fire suppression systems including wet and dry sprinkler systems, standpipes, and associated components.
  • Identifying and reporting deficiencies in fire protection systems.
  • Replacing and installing approved signage and sprinkler heads as necessary.
  • Ensuring control valves are locked in the open position in compliance with fire safety regulations.
  • Maintaining punctuality and organization in all tasks.
  • Demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
  • Possessing a good understanding of the operational areas.

Experience Required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sprinkler systems.
Licenses/Certifications
  • Valid S12 & S13 certifications are mandatory.
