Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of assigned communities, ensuring that all construction activities are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
- Take ownership of your communities, fostering strong relationships with contractors, municipality inspectors, and other stakeholders to streamline building processes and minimize delays.
- Communicate effectively with buyers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the construction process.
- Develop and train your assistant superintendent, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a unified Arbor Homes front, addressing customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Prior builder experience required.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in a construction or operations role.
- Comfortable using cell phone applications and other technology to manage construction activities.
- A valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college education preferred, with a focus on construction, business, or a related field.
- Construction and customer relations experience a plus, with knowledge of building codes and practices a significant advantage.
