About the Job

We are seeking dependable and trustworthy individuals to fill Part-Time Custodial positions in the Quad Cities area. As a Custodian with Professional Building Services, Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, and sweeping
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Empty trash and recyclables
  • Clean restrooms and other high-traffic areas
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including vacuuming and cleaning floors
Requirements
  • Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Employer will conduct a background check
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
