Job Summary

As a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting physicians during procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians during cardiovascular procedures, including catheterizations and angioplasties
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest procedures and technologies
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab setting, with a focus on PTCA and EPS procedures
  • AAS in Radiologic Technology or RTN license
  • Minimum of 12 CEU hours per year, with a focus on cardiovascular procedures and technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment
  • Ability to lift and move heavy patients and equipment, with a focus on patient safety and well-being
