Salary and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package for our Senior Project Manager position. The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to post-construction closeout
  • Effective management of project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
  • Leading communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to guarantee project alignment
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building regulations
  • Proactive identification and resolution of any project-related issues
  • Regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Preparation and presentation of project reports and gantt charts to stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with both residential and commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, safety standards, and regulations
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
