We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aesthetician to join our team at Reap Health Care, a well-established Dermatology/Aesthetics group.

About the Role:

As an Aesthetician at Reap Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care and support to our clients, including front desk duties, medical assistance, and patient consultations.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our Coolsculpting services, including lead management, nurturing, and follow-up.
• Conduct Coolsculpting consultations, treatments, and follow-up care, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Manage before and after photo documentation, and contribute to the development of our marketing materials.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; aesthetician certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical aesthetician or related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and management.
• Strong marketing and business development skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
