Job Summary:

As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee at Penske Truck Leasing, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales, operations, and management. You will work closely with a high-energy team to build a solid foundation in sales and operations, and will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing inventory, and generating new business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain a large inventory of vehicles, ensuring optimal fleet productivity and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
