Dedicated and detail-oriented individuals are sought after to join Derick Dermatology PLLC as Receptionist Coordinators. This role is an excellent opportunity for those who excel in providing exceptional patient experience and administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for patients.
• Collect accurate clinical, demographic, and financial information during the check-in process.
• Enter data into the Electronic Medical Records system efficiently.
• Provide top-notch customer service via phone calls according to designated scripting.
• Foster a welcoming environment by answering patient inquiries about general practice and appointments.
• Process co-pays and deductibles promptly.

Schedule and Work Environment:

This full-time position requires 3 days of 12-hour shifts per week from 6:45AM-7:15PM and 1 Saturday per month from 6:45AM-12:30PM. The ideal candidate must be able to remain stationary (sitting) for approximately 80% of their workday.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail, polished communication skills, and basic computer knowledge are essential.
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $52,000 annually, depending on experience.
