Practice Highlights- Join a robust team of 14 physicians and 8 Advanced Practice Clinicians.
- Our facility accommodates an average of 65,000 annual ED visits.
We operate a 40-bed, level 3 trauma unit within a state-of-the-art facility, licensed for 477 beds. Our commitment to patient experience and quality care is paramount as we serve a diverse population exceeding 500,000.
Compensation and Benefits- Competitive salary with a base of $385,000.
- Potential for an annual engagement bonus.
- Upfront bonus of $6,000.
- Annual CME allowance of $6,000.
- Residency stipends and student loan forgiveness options available.
- Comprehensive benefits package including retirement plans and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
Physicians will be expected to complete 182 nine-hour shifts annually, with a mix of day, evening, and night shifts.
Patient CareOur emergency department features:
- 2 advanced technology OR grade Trauma rooms
- 3 behavioral health rooms
- 7 fast track rooms
We offer opportunities for leadership and growth, including the chance to teach within our Family Medicine Residency Program. Our facility utilizes EPIC EMR, ensuring a fully integrated electronic medical record system.
Quality of CareWe are a certified sepsis, stroke, and ACS verified trauma center (Level III) with a length of stay below the national average.
NICU ServicesOur facility includes an 8-hour Level III NICU, catering to the needs of our patients.
