Job Summary

This leadership role serves as a key figure in providing high-quality patient care using evidence-based practices within the framework of professional standards. The successful candidate will assume accountability for patient outcomes, exhibit sensitivity to cultural diversity, and maintain involvement in activities aimed toward achieving unit and department goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, software applications, and web-based tools.
  • Effective communication skills, including verbal and written presentation to various levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
  • Utilization of the nursing process in delivering patient care.
  • Leadership and collaboration with nursing teams, proper delegation and resource management.
  • Evaluation and promotion of change to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Fostering concepts and behaviors that enhance customer satisfaction and employee morale.
  • Maintaining knowledge on current laws, regulations, and accreditation standards applicable to the role and ensuring compliance.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
