Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hub Driver to join our team at AutoZone. As a Hub Driver, you will be responsible for delivering parts to and from AutoZone stores and commercial customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and management direction, including fleet and safety policies
  • Comply with safe driving rules and procedures and ensure parts are delivered on time and in excellent condition
  • Maintain a safe driving and working environment, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Properly maintain company vehicles, complete daily vehicle checklists, and report any maintenance issues
  • Drive company vehicles to deliver parts to AutoZone stores, including safe loading and unloading of parts
  • Ensure appropriate delivery documentation is generated and filed
  • Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, and vehicles
  • Process and restock returns from route deliveries in a timely manner
  • Assist DIY customers between deliveries by utilizing ZNET to help locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet AutoZone's driving requirements
