Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pharmacy care services to patients in an independent retail pharmacy setting.
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and improve medication management.
• Conduct medication therapy management and drug utilization reviews to ensure effective treatment plans.
• Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication use and safety, promoting healthy habits and wellness.

Requirements

• Knowledge of anatomy and pharmacology principles, with a strong understanding of medication interactions and side effects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, making critical decisions and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Pharmacy residency: 1 year (preferred).
• Registered Pharmacist (preferred) or Licensed Pharmacist (required).

Relocation

• Ability to commute to Mckinleyville, CA.
